The specific construction goals are as follows:

(1) build video, voice, intercom, broadcasting, help alarm in one of the integration platform, integrated publicity, prevention and control system, break the previous multiple systems in parallel, the management burden, the use, maintenance costs of the drawbacks of high, to achieve the hidden dangers of the supervision of the mechanism, an effective solution to the supervision of campus safety hazards of the problem.

II. Programme Design

The converged system supports multi-level architecture, centre + sub-control centre + front-end, in which the sub-control centre can be extended at multiple levels according to administrative divisions, such as city + district + county, district + county + school.

At the same time, the system provides emergency broadcasting and information release functions. Integrated fire broadcast function: it can receive the short circuit, 12V-24V alarm signal from the fire centre and realize the alarm function for each partition or the whole area;

4. Listening and Multimedia Teaching

Schools can through the server sound card input, can be CD, tuner, card holder and other externally controlled audio sources according to the programming settings to achieve a single manual or automatic playback output; to meet the listening test and multimedia teaching requirements.

5. Streamline video conferencing

6. Offline ringing

The system can download the normal operation of the timer programme to the audio decoder in each partition, when the system server or network is abnormal, the terminal can run the timer programme normally.

7.Security patrol

8.Dormitory Management

Noisy alarm:

1. Extensibility, compatibility and integration capability

(1) Support standard protocols such as onvif protocol, SIP protocol, GB28181 protocol, provide standard interfaces to facilitate data sharing between platform subsystems.

(2) It can separately access VOIP telephone system (support mainstream IP-PBX), and can realise audio and video calls with IP visual phone. Can integrate access control system, video surveillance system, alarm system, etc. in the project;

(3) Break through the traditional broadcasting and intercom system cut off and closed drawbacks, to achieve cross-system linkage, including video and broadcasting linkage, remote control access control, remote control of light switches and so on.

2. All-round information source acquisition and linkage capability

Omni-directional information collection, including voice information, video information, alarm information, intercom information; the system intelligently analyses the collected information, and according to the pre-set threshold, it can be linked to emergency broadcasting, notify the protection force, start alarm prompts, linkage audio, video, sound and light switches; so that the administrator has a comprehensive understanding of the state of affairs in the first time, the disposal force responds in a timely manner, and the person who seeks help in the first time to get full assistance.

3.High voice sampling rate

Voice: support PCM, AAC, G711 audio coding format; voice files support MP3, WAV and other file formats; support for 8K-48K sampling rate, 32K-768K code rate file playback makes the broadcasting sound quality more clear; all terminal equipment are hardware echo cancellation of audio processing technology, which can be very good at offsetting echoes and suppressing noise. 4. Support starlight level function and HD video resolution

Video: video support H.264, H.265 coding format, support for CIF, D1, 720P, 1080P multiple resolutions; support for starlight level night vision and wide dynamic, strong light suppression, low-light compensation function, in the night and backlight can be clearly discerned faces; support for real-time screen time and title overlay settings, can be superimposed on the screen, video resolution, bit rate, time, title content etc.

5.Multi-alarm source acquisition and linkage capability

Alarm: receive terminal alarms, support motion detection alarms, IO triggered alarms, and support intelligent analysis of threshold alarms (such as noise threshold), starlight camera night identification monitoring alarms; with alarm display, recording, recording and other functions; can be set up to send the alarm to the 110 command centre; the system is based on network operation.

6. Full two-way visual intercom

Visual intercom: the system provides one-key call function; after the call is connected, it immediately realises full two-way video call in a hands-free way and brings back the function of sound elimination. Specific practical functions

(1) Listening and interrupting: high-level users can listen and interrupt the low-level users in the call.

(2) multi-party conference mode: support multi-party visual conference, between the application host and the host.

7. Various broadcasting applications

Network broadcasting: support UDP, TCP, multicast three broadcast transmission protocols, can be set up for different scenarios of different broadcast transmission methods. Through broadcasting to strengthen security education, propaganda security knowledge, warning of predicted insecurity factors, play a preventive role, effectively reduce the probability of danger; support a variety of broadcasting applications, including

1）Area-wide broadcasting: it can broadcast to the audio file, shouting, and external audio source within the whole precinct.

(2) partition broadcasting: audio files, shouting in the sub-district broadcasting

3）Timed broadcasting: set the broadcasting time according to the system, and play automatically when the time comes.

(4) Fire broadcasting: when fire alarm occurs, play special recorded fire audio files, and the broadcast automatically cut to the maximum volume.

8. Cross-system integration and system integration capability

Integration capability: cross-system integration with video surveillance system, access control system, snow bright project platform, safe city platform, smart community platform, smart city platform.

9.Storage function

(1) Local storage and network storage mode: support terminal local storage and network storage, local and network storage policy (storage mode, storage time, storage conditions, etc.) can be configured in the system platform according to actual needs. All terminals support local storage of audio and video files on SD card and network centre storage, and support NVR storage function of mainstream manufacturers, and intercom terminals can store audio and video data directly in NVR of mainstream manufacturers such as Hikvision, Dahua, Kodak and Yushu.

(2) storage strategy: full-time or timed storage can be achieved

10.Management Capability

The system adopts the management mode of "multi-level sub-control management and unified command", which is convenient for multi-level units to perform their respective duties. The system has a three-level management mode of terminal-sub-control centre-command centre. Among them, the command centre sets up a first-level server, and each sub-control centre sets up a second-level server. Both the first-level server and the second-level server are equipped with the function of managing the intercom terminals under their jurisdiction, ensuring that any single-point failure does not affect the operation of the whole system, including the intercom terminals managed by the faulty servers. All equipment terminals are registered on the cloud platform, which is convenient and fast.

11. Convenience of use
